1. What is the difference between the PCOS ebook and the Paperback book & CD Set?

A: The ebook and paperback are identical in content,  but the ebook is a downloadable product, and the paperback book is the published version, which will be sent to you with an audio CD and a Data CD. The CD set gives you more comprehsnive information and access to health assessment questionnaires, charts, plans, and resources.

2. How will I receive the ebook?

A: After your purchase, you will be sent an email with your log in details to the members site. The ebook is located within the members site so you can download it from there.

3. How does the free 30 day membership trial work?

A: When you purchase the ebook or paperback book & CD set, you will automatically be given a free 30 day membership which entitles you to receive regular scheduled e-classes (lessons delievered to your inbox, usually weekly), subscripton to the monthly 'Power Points' online magazine, website access, email support, forum access, special offers and competitions, and the choice of listening to regular teleseminars. After your thirty day trial, you will be automatically billed either $19 per month (bronze membership), $49 per month (Silver members), or $69 per month (Gold members). If you don't wish to continue with your membership, you can simply cancel before the thirty day free trial is up.

4. Am I locked into any time frame with the membership program?

A: The membership program is on a monthly billing schedule and you can cancel at any time. You receive a 30 day free trial when you first join.

6. What are E-Classes and how do they work?

A: E-Classes are a major part of the membership program. Instead of overwhelming you with tons of information on the website, the e-classes have been formulated to send you sequential information about how to implement the PCOS 7 Step Solution. They will be sent weekly, and will contain one topic per e-class, ranging between 1 and 5 pages long. Some may have audio functions. The e-class will have instructions for you to follow for the week ahead, and you are provided with access to email support should you need it.

11. Is your ebook and program suitable for women who are going through or have gone through menopause?

A: Absolutely. PCOS is about more than just menstrual cycles and fertility, it is a 'whole body' condition, and menopausal women will still benefit from it.
